Installing Python 3 on Windows

Visit the download page and choose the latest specific release of Python 3:

shows download button on Python downloads page

Open the installer:

Install for all users option in Python install

I install to the default location:

dialog box with default install location

I choose to install everything:

Entire feature will be installed on local hard drive

Wait for the install...

Python install progress dialog

Choose Finish:

Install is finished, click the finish button

Next: Install PyCharm (the free community edition)
